The Apex Action Enhancement Trigger and Duty/Carry Kit for original S&W M&P 9mm and .40 pistols is a drop-in upgrade from Apex Tactical Specialties. The black aluminum trigger replaces the factory hinged trigger and pairs with Apex duty and carry internals. It’s for original M&P models and does not fit the M&P M2.0. The solid trigger face and center safety give a more consistent press.
Apex is one of the best-known names in striker-fired trigger upgrades. Its duty and carry kits are built to improve the trigger while keeping the reliability you need in a carry or service gun. That’s a different goal from a light competition trigger.
A cleaner trigger with less travel and a shorter reset makes accurate shooting easier, especially on follow-up shots. Many shooters notice the biggest gains in consistency. Shoot it at the range after installing to confirm function. Browse more gun parts and accessories.
