The Davis Temperature Probe measures air, soil, or water temperature, giving a Davis weather station a way to track conditions beyond what the main sensor suite covers.
The sensor itself is sheathed in black, UV-stabilized plastic, standing up to direct sun exposure and outdoor conditions over years of use without the housing breaking down.
