The polyurethane-coated 1-inch collar strap that Garmin supplies with its full-size dog tracking devices. It is 27 inches of nylon with a polyurethane coating, a nickel-plated square buckle and a collar keeper, punched to fit most dogs.
The coating is what makes it worth buying over a plain nylon collar: it sheds water and mud instead of holding them, so the strap does not stay wet against the dog all day.
Four colours. Matching a dog’s strap to the colour you have assigned it on the handheld is the simplest way to keep a pack straight.
