A mount designed for mountain bikes with short stems, where a conventional out-front arm would either not fit or put the computer somewhere it will get hit.
It clamps to the handlebar rather than reaching in front of it, which keeps the unit tucked in on technical ground. Fits 25.4 mm, 26.0 mm, 31.8 mm and 35.0 mm handlebars.
