22 mm is the larger of the two quick-release widths on Garmin’s lifestyle and running watches: the full-size Venu 2, Venu 3 and Venu 4, the vivoactive 4, and the Forerunner 255, 265 and 570 in 47 mm.
Quick-release bands use a spring bar with a small sliding lever on the underside. Push the lever with a fingernail, the bar retracts and the band comes off; there is no spring-bar tool and nothing to lose on the floor. It is the mount Garmin uses across the vivoactive, Venu, vivomove, Forerunner and Approach lines.
Seven options across three materials. The silicone bands are the everyday and training choice, ComfortFit fabric is the soft woven band for long wear, and the black Italian leather with brushed slate hardware dresses the same watch up without changing the case.
