The Maretron Micro Double-Ended Cordset is an 8 meter NMEA 2000 cable with Micro connectors on each end. It works as a backbone section or a drop cable. Using the right length avoids coiling excess cable.
The connectors have gold-plated brass contacts, nickel-plated brass coupling nuts and blue-gray thermoplastic bodies, rated IP68. The cable is shielded three ways, overall and on both the power and data pairs, and rated from -40 to 80 degrees C. It’s NMEA 2000 approved and carries UL and CSA cable approvals.
Current rating is 4 amps at 250 volts on 22 AWG conductors. Maretron cordsets are built for marine environments. Check the available mounting space and surrounding hardware before installation so a correct part number does not turn into a clearance problem. Browse more marine networking.
