The Photon Micro-Light II is a keychain light with a blue LED in a black plastic body, measuring 1.5 by 1 inch.
Blue is the specialized choice in the Micro-Light range. It makes blood trails show against ground cover far more clearly than white light does, and trackers and hunters take one for that. It also reads fluorescent markings and certain inks that white light washes out, and it holds night vision better than white though not as well as red.
The bulb is unbreakable and bright enough to be seen at over a mile, so the light doubles as a signal. A push button gives momentary light and the switch locks it on for hands-free use, and at 1.5 inches the whole thing disappears on a keyring. Explore more headlamps and compact lights.
