The entertainment problem
Most commercial ellipticals only show you numbers. This one shows you everything else too
A small LCD tracking speed and calories is fine for a quick workout, but in a hotel gym or a rehab facility where people train for 30 minutes or more, staring at a wall or an out-of-reach TV gets old fast.
The Spirit CE800-ENT Elliptical builds on the CE800’s proven self-powered platform and adds a 15.6 inch touchscreen console, so users can stream shows, browse, or mirror their own phone without leaving the machine or plugging anything in.
Underneath the screen it’s still the same commercial-grade machine: a 30 lb flywheel, 40 levels of magnetic resistance, a 20 inch stride, and a 450 lb user capacity, all running on Spirit’s self-generating power system and backed by a heavy-gauge steel frame built to hold up to daily commercial use.

Contact grips and telemetric heart rate tracking still run in the background, so the entertainment upgrade doesn’t come at the cost of workout data.
What reviewers say
Called a pleasing blend of functionality and technology
“The CE800ENT is a pleasing blend of functionality and technology, and it is a worthy investment and a great addition to any workout facility or home setting.”
Treadmill Doctor, Independent Elliptical Review
Ellipticals with a large touchscreen typically need an AC outlet to run the display, which limits where a facility can place them. The CE800-ENT pairs its touchscreen with the same self-generating drive as the standard CE800, so it delivers entertainment-grade features without the wiring requirements or the higher price tag of AC-powered commercial models like Spirit’s own CE1000ENT.
Best for
Hotel gyms, rehab facilities, and corporate wellness centers that want streaming and screen mirroring for longer sessions, plus anyone who wants a commercial elliptical that doesn’t need an electrical hookup.
