This is a used pair of Mares Equator 2 mm dive boots. At 2 mm the Equator is a warm-water boot: the neoprene protects the sole from hot decks, rock, and coral without adding bulk inside an open-heel fin foot pocket.
The rubber sole adds grip and abrasion resistance where it matters, and the low thickness keeps packed volume down for travel.
