This package pairs the Aqualung LEG3ND MBS Dive Regulator with the Aqualung LEG3ND Octopus, giving you a matched primary and backup breathing setup built around the same core design. At checkout you can choose which LEG3ND regulator anchors the package: LEG3ND MBS, LEG3ND Elite, or the standard LEG3ND, each a complete first and second stage set.
The featured LEG3ND MBS adds the Master Breathing System to the second stage, putting venturi control and inhalation resistance adjustment behind a single lever so you can move from a free-breathing setting at depth to a dive-ready setting that resists free flow at the surface. Its first stage is an over-balanced sealed diaphragm design that raises intermediate pressure as you descend to keep air flowing, backed by an Auto Closure Device that seals the inlet whenever the regulator isn’t connected to a cylinder, protecting the internal parts from contamination and corrosive water. The Comfo-Bite mouthpiece’s bridged palate design stays seated without constant clenching.
The LEG3ND Octopus serves as the alternate air source and shares the same pneumatically balanced second-stage architecture as the primary regulator, so a donated air source breathes the way you’re already used to rather than dropping to a lower standard when it matters. Its high-visibility yellow hose and front cover make it fast to locate in an out-of-air situation, and a venturi lever limits free flow while the octopus hangs unused. Both regulators use the Comfo-Bite mouthpiece for a consistent, secure fit.
